Heartland Chapter Field Tests are held at the Mazomanie Field Test Grounds near Salk City, WI. The Heartland Chapter normally conducts a Spring test in late April and a Fall Test in early September. A Training day is often held immediately prior to the test for any club dogs. Please contact the test chair to confirm test status. Please let Test Chair know by email, text or phone call. if your planning on testing your dog.

Do you anticipate testing a dog? please note the following:
Dogs are eligible for the Natural Ability Test from the age of 6 months up until and including the day they reach 16 months of age. Dogs over age may be entered for evaluation only. Dogs are eligible for the Intermediate Hunting Dog Test from 12 to 36 months of age. Dogs over 18 months of age are eligible for the Utility Field Test. Versatile hunting dogs other than Cesky Fouseks are eligible and welcome for all tests.
Friday September 11th is Training /Exposure Day
Test Days: Saturday September 12th and Sunday September 13 (if needed) are test days.
Application deadline is August 15, but we would really appreciate it if you sent it as soon as possible. We will hold your check until the application deadline if you wish.

Meals and banquet location yet to be determined.
Note: Also send a copy of your dog’s up-to-date Rabies and Parvo DHP/L vaccinations and a copy of your dog’s Official Pedigree front and back.

- Always keep your dog on a leash.
- Make sure your dog is dry before bringing it in the room. Bring a towel from home to wipe down your dog. If for some reason you need to bathe your dog, please clean up the hair etc. in tub.
- Do not leave your dog unattended in the room, even in a kennel.
- Do not allow your dog to bark in the vehicle in parking lot.
